Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unwashed and with its original packaging. Send us an email at hello@fraethelabel.co.nz and we will advise the address to send your return.

The refund will be processed once we have received and approved the item, onto the original payment method. The shipping costs are non-refundable. The returns shipping costs are at the customers expense.
